Generally, our website is updated on a weekly basis. Because high-demand
vehicles move and trade hands quickly in Japan, it is possible that a car has already
been sold by the time you inquire. However, our team will check live availability
immediately upon receiving your inquiry.
Q: How can I inquire about this car?
Option 1 (Inquiry Form - Preferred): Please fill out all
details in the contact form on this page so we can better understand your
request and location. This also automatically provides us with the specific
Vehicle Stock ID.
Option 2 (Direct WhatsApp): We use a dedicated WhatsApp
Business Account for rapid replies. Click the WhatsApp button to message us
directly. Message Us on WhatsApp
Q: Is this car listed in a live auction?
No. We do not list active auction vehicles in this retail section of our
website. All auction vehicles are handled separately through our dedicated, live Auction
Portal.
Q: How quickly will I receive a response?
Our standard response time is within the same day or the next business
day. Please note that many domestic car dealers in Japan take scheduled days off on
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. If a car is available, we act fast before another
buyer snaps it up.
Q: How do we purchase and secure this vehicle?
Depending on your established buying history and transaction
relationship with us, we may be able to purchase and secure the vehicle immediately. For
new clients, a security deposit is required before purchasing.
Q: What is required for a security deposit?
Vehicles up to ¥1,000,000 JPY: Minimum deposit of ¥200,000 JPY.
Premium Vehicles over ¥1,000,000 JPY: A 25% deposit of the
total vehicle budget.
Q: Do you physically inspect vehicles before purchase?
Yes! We don't just sit behind a computer screen. Depending on the
location, we provide on-the-ground, personal vehicle inspections in Japan (such as in
the Kansai/Osaka and Tokyo regions). This includes translated condition reports,
detailed high-resolution photos, and mechanical verifications if available.
Q: What costs are involved in vehicle inspections?
Vehicle inspections are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Costs
generally cover travel time, fuel, and highway tolls, with a basic inspection at a
dealer yard starting from ¥35,000 JPY (which includes a full refund minus any customized
work requested). However, if we actively search, track down units, and travel out to
inspect physical cars at local auto auctions or dealers, direct technical costs incurred
will be systematically deducted from your deposit.
Q: How can we pay our deposit or full vehicle balance?
Option 1 (Full Vehicle Balance) — Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
Direct bank wire transfer to our corporate bank account in Japan (preferred for
global business accounts). This method is used for full vehicle payment after
purchase.
Option 2 (Deposits) — Wise Business: Instant localized business
payments directly into local accounts within your domestic region. Wise is our
preferred method for deposits so refunds don't incur international T/T wire fees
and are usually instant.
Q: What is your deposit refund policy?
T/T Bank Transfer Refunds: Processed from our Japanese
corporate bank account. International wire handling fees will be deducted, and
net values can shift depending on daily exchange rate fluctuations.
Wise Refunds: We simply reverse the original transaction. You
receive your full amount back, less any direct third-party processing fees or
specific requests.
Q: Does Japanese Consumption Tax apply?
A standard 10% Japanese consumption tax applies to all domestic business
fees, localized service rates, and regional processing charges within Japan. When
exporting a vehicle, the 10% GST/consumption tax portion for the vehicle itself is
removed from the export invoice—you do not pay Japanese consumption tax on the vehicle
itself.
Q: What does the listed price include?
The price shown on the listing is the Japanese Base Price (excluding FOB
export fees, marine freight, and local import taxes). Contact us for a complete CIF
(Cost, Insurance, Freight) quote to your nearest entry port.
Q: What does FOB mean?
FOB stands for "Free On Board" (or Full On Board). This includes all
Japanese domestic transport, export documentation, and port charges required to get the
vehicle onto the vessel. It does not cover ocean freight, destination customs, or
special individual requests.
Q: What export services do you provide?
We handle complete export procedures, including export clearance,
de-registration certificates, customs documentation, and booking RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off)
or container ocean freight.
Q: Do you offer Odometer Certification?
Yes. We offer independent ODO certification (such as JEVIC) to verify
genuine mileage prior to export (the fee is determined by inspection type).
Q: Which countries do you export to?
We export globally, specializing in major English-speaking markets
including Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
Q: Do you offer compliance support in Australia?
Yes! Unlike traditional export agents who only handle paperwork, we
maintain an established network of compliance support and licensed RAWs/SEVS facilities
to help you import and ensure your vehicle complies in Australia.
Q: How do you assist with import regulations in my country?
USA: We ensure vehicles meet the 25-Year Rule requirement,
handle export documentation, and connect you with specialized import agents or
licensed dealers who can assist with US entry and titling.
Australia: We offer personal import services for private
customers through our established licensed dealer and compliance networks.
Canada, UK & Europe: We guide you through specific age
restrictions, local duty rates, and import requirements.
