Yes! We don't just sit behind a computer screen. Depending on the location, we provide on-the-ground, personal vehicle inspections in Japan (such as in the Kansai/Osaka and Tokyo regions). This includes translated condition reports, detailed high-resolution photos, and mechanical verifications if available.

Vehicle inspections are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Costs generally cover travel time, fuel, and highway tolls, with a basic inspection at a dealer yard starting from ¥35,000 JPY (which includes a full refund minus any customized work requested). However, if we actively search, track down units, and travel out to inspect physical cars at local auto auctions or dealers, direct technical costs incurred will be systematically deducted from your deposit.

• Option 1 (Full Vehicle Balance) — Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Direct bank wire transfer to our corporate bank account in Japan (preferred for global business accounts). This method is used for full vehicle payment after purchase.
• Option 2 (Deposits) — Wise Business: Instant localized business payments directly into local accounts within your domestic region. Wise is our preferred method for deposits so refunds don't incur international T/T wire fees and are usually instant.

• T/T Bank Transfer Refunds: Processed from our Japanese corporate bank account. International wire handling fees will be deducted, and net values can shift depending on daily exchange rate fluctuations.
• Wise Refunds: We simply reverse the original transaction. You receive your full amount back, less any direct third-party processing fees or specific requests.

A standard 10% Japanese consumption tax applies to all domestic business fees, localized service rates, and regional processing charges within Japan. When exporting a vehicle, the 10% GST/consumption tax portion for the vehicle itself is removed from the export invoice—you do not pay Japanese consumption tax on the vehicle itself.
